At SuperBox, we stand by our products and offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all items.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original price, provided it is returned in its original packaging and undamaged.

Warranty Information

Our SuperBox TV Box comes with a 1-Year Warranty. If you experience any issues with your device, please contact our customer service team.

Our technical support is ready to assist you in troubleshooting any problems. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can send the product back to us for free repair within the warranty period.

Refund and Return Details 

Eligibility:  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for unopened items. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Condition of Items: Ensure all components are intact. If items are damaged or missing, the buyer is responsible for incurred fees.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective.

Proof of Purchase: You must be the original purchaser and provide an order number or account email address and MAC number.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product, we will credit your account for the product amount paid, deducting the original shipping costs.

Defective Devices: If your device is defective and within the 1-year warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact us for instructions on shipping the device.

Damage caused by shipping: Damaged items during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims. Insurance claim requires us to have original shipping box

Refund time: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Exclusions from Returns

Devices defective after the 1-year warranty period cannot be returned unless a return/exchange request is submitted along with a photo of the defect.
